Losing weight is easy, keeping it off is hard. Almost all of my weight loss clients find it easy to lose weight but then they gain it right back. Weight loss can be simple or complex. Maybe you do really well all day but then, after dinner when the kids are in bed and you are officially “off duty”, you cannot stay out of the kitchen. If this is your only bad habit, I can help you with just one or two sessions.
If on the other hand you have a variety of unhealthy eating habits, like most people, I will recommend that you invest in your health and well-being by working with me four to six times, or more. We will address portion size, sugar addiction, fast food addiction, unskillful beliefs such as “I’m big boned,” or “all the women in my family get fat after menopause.” You will learn to enjoy weekly planning of meals, shopping only for healthy foods, implementing conscious eating strategies, staying away from foods made of refined flours and sugar. I will teach you how to survive eating at restaurants, attending social events, enjoying physical activity, and more.

Smoking is not a rational decision. If it were easy to quit smoking on the basis of understanding that it’s unhealthy, it’s expensive, it’s stinky and socially unacceptable, very few people would smoke anymore.
The easiest time to quit smoking is right after you put out a cigarette. Two hours or two days later it’s not so easy anymore. That’s where hypnosis comes in. Of all the things I hypnotize people to do, hypnotizing someone to stop smoking is the easiest of all. You read that right, giving up smoking is the easiest thing I do using hypnosis.
I smoked for over 30-years, and I know what it’s like to try and fail and try and fail to stop smoking. I wish I’d known about hypnosis several years ago when I finally quit for good! I may not have been able to help myself with hypnosis, but I can help you!

I am a sleep junkie and I really love using hypnosis to help people develop good sleep habits. This is an example where just one session, on average, does the job. As long as the client is willing to make the necessary changes in their environment to allow for new sleep habits, the success rate for this is very high.
Making the necessary changes to your sleep environment include but are not restricted to: Abstaining from any screen time 90 minutes before bed, not watching, listening to, reading, or talking about the news before bed, not reading books with a lot of action or horror before bed, not watching scary movies before bed, no alcohol 2 hours before bed; that kind of thing and more. Anxiety is the number one reason people use hypnosis. Luckily, hypnosis is an excellent way to curb the frequency and intensity of anxiousness.
