There are simply no advantages to using tobacco.
I often tell my clients that hypnosis is a great way to keep you "in the mood" to quit the tobacco habit on a long term basis, no matter how many times you've tried to quit smoking or chewing before. Hypnosis can't "make" you quit, but if you are ready and motivated to quit, hypnosis can greatly increase the likelihood that you will become a non-smoker or chewer for the rest of your life. What You Can Expect
If you are ready and motivated to make positive changes in your life by becoming free of tobacco use, you have come to the right place. Giving up your dependence on tobacco is a major life change and one of the most important decisions you will ever make. Smoking sessions are 2 hours long. Follow-up sessions, if desired, are 30-45 minutes.
You will be asked to bring in a list of 10 reasons to stop using tobacco, reasons that are personal to you. We will review your smoking and/or tobacco chewing history and identify the behaviors specific to you. I will explain the process of hypnosis and how it works, giving you a chance to ask lots of questions.
Your hypnosis session will be recorded and you will be given a copy of your session. Your job will be to listen to this recording daily for 10-14 days.
Structure and Pricing
Some of my clients become free of the tobacco habit after just one session, but most prefer to come back for two follow-up sessions, and yet others like the idea of being able to come back in whenever they need to, for up to one year. So I offer three different structures to accommodate each:
- A single 2-hour session - $200 ($250 starting July 16, 2018)
A single 2-hour session and two 30-45 minute follow-ups - $350 ($400 starting July 16, 2018)

A single 2-hour session with 1 year unlimited follow-ups* - $500 ($550 starting July 16, 2018)
*Unlimited Follow-ups - If you fail to quit after the first session you may come back in for a 30-45 minute follow-up, as often as necessary, for a period of 1 year from the original session, at no additional charge.
